Industrial deburring
Deburring eliminates the following production defects:
- Burrs
- Edges or sharp edges
- Machining marks
The type of abrasive used for the vibration process can be:
- Ceramics
- Polyester
- Urea
- ECOS (dry vibration)
The deburring process time is given according to the initial state of the part.
The additive for the deburring process can be water or chemical product. Depending on the type of part and material, CONIEX has the following chemical products available to assist in deburring:
Low and fine deburring for plastic parts, obtaining fine and smooth surfaces. Very fine. It is used for the laser on button work so that no dust gets on the engraving.
Low and fine deburring for plastic parts, obtaining fine and smooth surfaces. It is a little thicker. More deburring function than the CX-3
Deburring for non-ferrous metals, obtaining smooth but opaque surfaces, being necessary to go through a subsequent polishing phase in case the piece requires it.
Energetic deburring for ferrous metals, obtaining deburred but opaque surfaces, being necessary to pass to a subsequent polishing phase in case the piece requires it.
