Laboratory tests washing and degreasing

The CONIEX laboratory is also equipped to test all types of processes related to the washing and degreasing of industrial parts. The tests that can be performed will allow finding the best solution to the usual needs of the component manufacturing companies, which are:

• Fat removal
• Oil removal
• General dirt removal
• Paint stripping

To carry out these processes, CONIEX’s laboratory has a complete range of chemical products and machines:

• Immersion
• Aspersion
• Ultrasound
• Centrifugation

This equipment works with aqueous solutions, but there are also totally watertight equipment available for solvents.

In addition, once the processes have been completed and the parts have been degreased and passivated, corrosion tests can be carried out using a salt spray chamber.
