To adapt the laboratory press to the specific needs of each process, CONIEX, S.A. offers different options and accessories that expand the equipment’s capabilities and facilitate laboratory work.

Custom Moulds
CONIEX, S.A. can supply custom-made moulds according to each customer’s needs, generally manufactured in C45 steel, with the option of chrome plating or non-stick treatment to improve durability and facilitate demoulding.

Trolleys and Guides
We offer manual or automatic extraction trolleys that allow the working surface to be pulled out, making it easier to insert or remove samples.

• The manual trolley is installed between two guides and is moved directly by the operator.
• The automatic trolley is also installed between two guides, but its movement is carried out by two pneumatic cylinders.

In addition, the friction surfaces incorporate a special non-stick treatment that reduces friction between the parts and improves smoothness of movement.

Higher-Power Heating Elements
The heating elements can be upgraded to reach working temperatures of up to 300°C, thereby extending the press’s range of applications.

Inverter for Speed Regulation
Some materials require different pressing speeds for proper sample preparation. For this reason, the presses can be equipped with a frequency inverter, allowing the approach and pressing speed to be adjusted according to the process.

Industry 4.0–5.0
CONIEX, S.A. offers the possibility of incorporating Industry 4.0 and 5.0 connectivity, enabling process monitoring and data exchange. The machines can be equipped with a Siemens OPC UA system, facilitating their integration into digitalised production environments and laboratories.
