SILCODISC-MA90 – Flexible moulds for low-temperature vulcanisation (90°C)
The SILCODISC-MA90 is a flexible mould specially designed for low-temperature vulcanisation (90°C), ideal for reproducing parts made from 3D resin, plastics and modelling compounds that cannot withstand traditional high-temperature processes.
This system enables manufacturers to produce master parts or master models with complete confidence, preventing deformation or damage to sensitive originals. Thanks to its advanced formulation, SILCODISC-MA90 offers high-fidelity reproduction, capturing even the finest details.
Its main advantages include its high flexibility, which makes it easier to demould complex parts, and its low viscosity in its raw state, which improves handling during mould production. It also offers excellent tear resistance and resistance to chemical attack from casting resins.
