BZ 55HT silicone mold for zamak – maximum flexibility and easy demolding
Silicone mold developed for zamak casting applications, particularly suitable for the production of small and medium-sized parts with complex geometries. Its 55 Shore A hardness provides very high flexibility, facilitating demolding of parts that are difficult to extract while reducing the risk of tearing or damage to the mold.
It offers good mechanical strength and high thermal resistance, ensuring stable performance throughout casting cycles and a longer service life in production.
