76 Shore A rubber mold for zamak – high thermal and abrasion resistance

Range of special rubber molds for zamak casting, developed for applications requiring very high thermal and abrasion resistance. With a hardness of 76 Shore A, these molds are suitable for demanding production processes and parts with medium demolding difficulty, where mold durability is a key factor.

Its low flexibility provides excellent dimensional stability, allowing the mold geometry to be maintained even after intensive production cycles. Its high thermal resistance ensures reliable performance at zamak casting temperatures, extending mold service life and reducing wear caused by friction and abrasion.
