The machine performs a complete cycle through hot degreasing by immersion and spraying, hot rinsing, and final drying with recirculated hot air. Its AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures robustness, durability, and easy maintenance.
It features a Ø640 mm screw conveyor with adjustable speed from 1 to 4 rpm, a double 500-litre tank for degreasing and rinsing, an electric heating system, independent pumps, and hot air drying up to 120°C.
