ER drums provide excellent results in the finishing of surfaces of all sizes (small, medium, thin and sensitive), as well as highly mobile and dense parts such as chains.
It is also characterized by its efficient surface treatment performance: the ER drum offers more economical solutions than other mechanisms for long-term polishing processes.
Our polishing drums have the following components:
- Hot-cast polyurethane coated, highly durable drum.
- Hot cast polyurethane coated rotating disc and tank with high durability.
- Speed controller.
- Digital process timer.
- Digital disc speed indicator.
- Possibility of adding chemical products and water on a continuous basis.
