Vibrating separation equipment for surface finishing.
Vibrating separation equipment is the most economical and efficient solution for separating parts and abrasives in surface finishing, deburring, and vibratory polishing processes.
They can be easily integrated into the output of various industrial machines, such as:
Circular vibrators with pneumatic discharge
Tilting turbos
Hand-operated drums
Linear vibration
Thanks to their automatic operation, they eliminate the need for manual part separation, reducing operating costs and improving productivity in industrial vibration and surface treatment processes.
How the vibro-separation system works
The equipment uses vibration controlled by industrial motors, which allows for the continuous movement of parts and abrasives from the unloading area to the outlet.
Separation is performed using a perforated polypropylene screen, designed to:
Allow the abrasive media (ceramic or plastic) to fall through.
Keep the parts on the surface for removal
This system ensures efficient separation during deburring, polishing, and vibratory finishing processes, optimizing the reuse of the abrasive.
Settings for vibration and deburring processes
To accommodate different vibratory finishing applications, this equipment can be configured with various solutions:
Separation using metal rods
Ideal for parts that cannot be separated using perforated screens.Reverse Separation
The particles fall through the screen while the abrasives continue across the surface.Two-level separation
Allows different sizes of parts or abrasive media to be classified within the same surface finishing process.Separation with magnetic extractor
Especially suitable for ferromagnetic parts in industrial deburring processes.Initial Retention System
Regulates the inflow to improve efficiency in continuous vibrating separation.Integrated washing system
Cleaning parts by spraying them with water or chemicals (such as passivators), which is essential in metal surface finishing and treatment processes.Stepped separator
Designed for parts with cavities, facilitating the removal of abrasive material trapped during the vibration process.Forced-air drying system
Ensures that parts are completely dry after the vibratory finishing process.
Advantages of vibratory finishing processes
Improves efficiency in industrial deburring and polishing processes
Reduces manual handling of parts
Optimizes abrasive recovery
Compatible with a wide range of industrial vibration equipment
Increase productivity on surface finishing lines
