Wastewater Treatment Machines
Fabric filtration systems are designed for the mechanical treatment of wastewater generated by surface treatment processes.
The contaminated water is pumped from the process tank to the filtration unit, where it is pressurized and passed through a filter fabric that allows the liquid to flow through while retaining solid particles.

Main Advantages
- Efficient filtration of suspended particles
- Automatic and continuous operation
- Possibility of reusing the treated water.
- Reduced operating costs and water consumption.
- Compact design for easy integration.
System operation
The process is based on a mechanical filtration system:
- Wastewater inlet into the unit tank.
- Pumping of the water to the filtration unit.
- Passage of the liquid through the filter fabric.
- Retention of solids and formation of a filter cake (solid residue layer).
- Clean water outlet, ready for reuse or further treatment.
The system operates fully automatically, including alerts when the filtration capacity reaches its limit.
Technical characteristics
- Treatment capacity: up to 1,000 liters per hour.
- Automatic continuous operation system
- Different sizes available depending on flow rate and particle type.
- Formation and management of solid waste (filter cake).
- Patented compact design
Applications
- Treatment of wastewater from surface finishing processes.
- Removal of suspended solid particles
- Industrial water recirculation and reuse systems
