The mixture of the ESMALTEX-CATALIZADOR is the most demanding and important process of the application of the enamel. Special attention must be paid, since it is easy to make a mistake and the consequences are costly.

To facilitate this task, CONIEX offers you the following accessories, which will allow you to make and apply the ESMALTEX-CATALIZADOR mixture correctly:

Balances : They are totally necessary to work with cold enamel. The mixture must be precise and correct. If the mixture is not adequate, we will not obtain the expected results from the Enamel. The Balances have a precision of 0.01 gr.

Syringes: available in different capacities: 10, 30, and 60 cc. Suitable for facilitating enamel application. They can be connected to the enamelling machine (enamel dispenser) using the adaptor head, or used manually. Only the 10 cc syringe can be used manually. Syringes are supplied in bags of 12 units.

Adapter heads and O- rings (for heads) for syringes: For the correct coupling of the syringe to the enameller. The heads are sold by units. O-rings are available in bags of 25.

Needles adaptable to the syringe, of different diameters (from 0.5 to 1.6 mm). Depending on the precision and the surface to be glazed, we will use a larger or smaller diameter. The needles are supplied in boxes of 50 units.

Disposable cups and spatulas : Indispensable to facilitate a correct mixture of Enamel/Catalyst. Both GLASSES and SPATULAS are available in packs of 100 units.

Flat metal spatulas: ideal for mixing the two components. They are also ideal tools for mixing colours evenly, helping to achieve homogeneous integration of pigments, dyes, enamels, or resins. Available in two sizes and sold individually.

Vacuum pump: The vacuum pump is used to remove air trapped in the resin and catalyst mixture before application. By reducing the pressure inside the vacuum chamber, the bubbles present in the mixture increase in size and rise to the surface, where they are effectively removed.
This degassing process makes it possible to obtain more homogeneous parts without surface imperfections caused by trapped air. It also improves the mechanical properties and final finish of the part, ensuring higher quality in the finished product.
