ESMALTEX INCOLORO ULTRA GLASS is a two-component, cold-curing epoxy resin formulated to provide a highly transparent ceramic or vitrified finish. It is specially designed for the decoration and protective coating of all types of parts, delivering a glossy, resistant result with outstanding aesthetic quality.
In addition, it can be easily coloured with our range of dyes that are fully soluble in resin, allowing customised colours and unique finishes to be achieved according to the needs of each project.
When COLOURLESS ULTRA GLASS is combined with our specific catalysts, it achieves high self-levelling properties, excellent adhesion to multiple surfaces, and very good mechanical properties.

ULTRA GLASS Epoxy Resin
We present our ESMALTEX COLOURLESS ULTRA GLASS, which, thanks to its formulation, has a high transparency (glass effect) and excellent resistance to weathering (UV rays, heat, humidity, etc.), providing high resistance to yellowing.

- Weather resistance: maintains its properties under changes in temperature and humidity.
- Glossy, pore-free finish.
- High hardness and mechanical resistance: excellent resistance to impact, abrasion, and scratches.
- Excellent adhesion to multiple surfaces, provided they are previously cleaned and degreased.
- Low viscosity: facilitates the removal of air bubbles during application.
- Allows sanding and polishing at low speeds, as well as turning or diamond cutting.
- Compatible with electrolytic bath processes on metal parts after application.
Instructions for use
The system is designed for quick and easy preparation, allowing the resin to be ready for application in less than 5 minutes.
Recommended Catalyst
Although it can be used with different catalysts from our range, we recommend CATALYST-N, which is especially suitable for flat surfaces, as it provides the best physical and mechanical properties.
Mixing Ratio
The mixture must be prepared in the following ratio:
100 : 50
100 g of COLOURLESS ULTRA GLASS resin
50 g of CATALYST-N

The resin and catalyst proportions must be measured with complete precision to ensure proper curing and the final properties of the enamel.
