Our Enamels
Formulated and manufactured by CONIEX, the ESMALTEX line includes a wide variety of two-component epoxy resins, ideal for multiple uses and applications, from jewellery and fashion jewellery to promotional items. Our range includes opaque, fluorescent, pearlescent, transparent, and colourless finishes.
All our epoxy resins are Bisphenol A (BPA) free. We know how important safety is when working with chemicals, which is why we are committed to offering our customers the highest safety guarantees. For this reason, our epoxy resins are the only ones on the market without Bisphenol A, an organic compound associated with multiple adverse health effects.
The superior quality of our epoxy resins provides an excellent high-gloss finish that adheres perfectly to all types of surfaces. ESMALTEX offers a wide colour chart with a variety of shades to guarantee designers complete creative freedom. ESMALTEX makes it possible to turn any idea into reality, while providing a resistant, durable epoxy resin that is fully committed to health and the environment.
Our Range of Epoxy Resins
The ESMALTEX colour chart consists of more than 60 opaque colours, including fluorescent shades such as yellow, magenta, orange, and green. In addition to the colours available in the chart, we offer the possibility of producing any custom colour in our laboratory, with a minimum order of 1 kg.
For our opaque epoxy resin range, we offer a wide variety of colours. Depending on the surface on which the enamel is to be applied —whether flat, curved, with or without edges— one catalyst or another will be required. They are also completely stable to light and other external agents, so they do not yellow over time.
Before use, we recommend heating and stirring ESMALTEX to ensure a perfectly uniform colour.
Colourless Epoxy Resin 1001
Our Colourless 1001 is a completely transparent epoxy resin with excellent gloss and very high scratch resistance. It also offers very good UV resistance.
It is suitable for enamelling small and medium-sized parts.
Flexil 8020 Epoxy Resin
Transparent and flexible epoxy resin characterised by its low surface hardness, which is maintained over time.
ULTRA GLASS Epoxy Resin
ESMALTEX COLOURLESS ULTRA GLASS is a liquid epoxy resin with extremely high transparency and a final ceramic or vitrified appearance. It offers excellent UV resistance, preventing yellowing over time. It is intended for the decoration of all types of parts.
We can also colour it with our range of dyes that are totally soluble in resin, obtaining personalised and unique colours.
DOMINGFLEX Epoxy Resin
Transparent and highly flexible epoxy resin for doming applications, ideal for products such as promotional labels.
STRASS GLUE
High-performance epoxy resin-based adhesive, highly transparent and with excellent UV resistance.
Characteristics of Our Epoxy Resins
Our range of epoxy resins has been developed to offer a high-quality product for the decoration of all types of parts.
Its main characteristics are as follows:
- Glossy appearance with total absence of porosity.
- Excellent adhesion to any surface, provided it has been previously degreased and dried.
- High surface hardness, with high resistance to impact, scratch and abrasion.
- Absence of contraction.
- It can be used for grinding and polishing at low speeds, as well as turning, diamond grinding, etc.
- It admits the subsequent electrolytic bath of the metallic parts.
- Wide range of colors, totally stable to light and other climatic agents.
- Our epoxy resin is Bisphenol A (BPA) free.
- All pigments are certified for low heavy metal content (complying with the European standard EN 71-3:1994 Safety of Toys – Part 3: Migration of certain elements).
