Abrasives and consumables for vibratory finishing.

Wet and dry part vibration

Vibratory polishing abrasives

At CONIEX, we offer a wide range of abrasives for vibratory polishing, designed for both dry and wet processes, ensuring a uniform surface finish, higher productivity, and reduced costs. We provide ceramic, plastic, polyester, urea, and dry abrasives (ECOS) in multiple shapes and sizes, adapted to each type of part and industrial application. Our technical team advises you on how to optimise the vibratory deburring, polishing, and brightening process.

Polyester abrasives for vibratory polishing.

Polyester abrasives are manufactured with a special polyester resin and have characteristics specifically designed to increase the performance of the vibration process and reduce the quantities used.

The heat treatment applied in the production process guarantees a perfect polymerization of the resin, acquiring an ideal cutting quality and consumption.

Ceramic abrasives for vibratory polishing.

In vibratory polishing, plastic and ceramic abrasives are used which, inside a vibrating tank, acquire a free movement that gives them the necessary energy to impact against the parts to be polished and, through friction, remove the excess material from the surface of the parts.

Traditionally, the process requires the presence of water and, in most cases, chemical compounds are also required which, depending on their formulation, can facilitate the work.

Urea abrasives

Urea resin-bonded abrasives, especially suitable for controlled deburring in vibratory processes. They are ideal for treating zamak, brass, nickel silver, and stainless steel alloys, ensuring a uniform finish without damaging the geometry of the part.

Abrasives for dry vibratory finishing.

ECOS abrasives are an innovative range of abrasive media developed by CONIEX after more than six years of research and development, specifically designed for dry vibratory finishing processes.

This technology enables deburring, polishing, and surface finishing operations to be carried out without the need for water or chemical products, significantly reducing operating costs and environmental impact.

Wood granulate for drying and polishing.

Drying granulates are obtained from corn cobs, while polishing granulates come from walnut shells or other hard nutshells.
Corn granulates absorb residual moisture after treatment, preventing stains and rust while facilitating the drying of parts.
Walnut granulates, when combined with dry polishing pastes, make it possible to achieve high-gloss finishes and are especially suitable for surfaces that are highly sensitive to abrasion.

Vibration chemicals

Chemical products for vibratory polishing processes are marketed under our CX range.

We offer a wide range of chemical products for vibration in different formats (liquid, paste, gel or powder), which guarantee an optimal result for each process of vibrating parts, both in open and closed cycle works.
