Circular vibratory machines with manual discharge

Through the right combination of vibratory equipment, abrasives, and chemical products, operations such as deburring, polishing, cleaning, or brightening can be carried out on different metal materials, ensuring homogeneous finishes, high productivity, and optimised processes.

Vibratory machines with flat channel discharge

As its name indicates, the base of the tank is flat, i.e. it is horizontal with respect to the ground plane. In these machines the working process is carried out in one direction, once finished the motor stops rotating and after a delay to compensate the inertia, it starts again and this time it does it in the opposite direction.

Vibratory Machines with Ascending Channel Discharge

In order to solve the above problem and to guarantee the discharge of 100% of the parts, another type of configuration is adopted. In this case, the channel at the base of the bowl is no longer horizontal in relation to the floor plane, but has a progressive upward inclination along three quarters of its length.

Centrifugal Surface Finishing Turbo

Turbo machines use centrifugal action to drastically reduce process times compared to traditional vibratory machines. They are especially suitable for deburring, smoothing, polishing, and satin finishing small and medium-sized parts, in both dry and wet processes.
Their technology enables very short working cycles, high efficiency, and excellent finish control, making them an ideal solution for demanding production processes.

Tiltable polishing drum

ER barrels provide excellent results in the surface finishing of parts of all sizes, including small, medium-sized, thin, and delicate parts, as well as highly mobile and dense components such as chains.

They are also characterised by their efficient performance in surface treatment: the ER barrel offers more economical solutions than other systems for long-duration polishing processes.

Vibratory Parts Separator

Vibrating parts separation equipment is the most affordable solution to ensure correct and efficient separation of parts and vibrating abrasives. They are suitable to be installed at the outlet of circular vibrators with pneumatic discharge, tilting turbochargers, hand drums or linear vibrators. They avoid the effort and task of manual separation because they do not require user intervention.
